A crispy goose (fresh weight 4 kg), served with the following side dishes: apple stuffing, homemade red cabbage with apples, Brussels sprouts, glazed chestnuts, potato dumplings, duchess potatoes, and orange sauce. To top it all off, you can enjoy a stuffed baked apple for dessert.
