Look forward to a delightful summer evening with our varied barbecue dinner. The meal kicks off with Mediterranean appetizers such as tomato and mozzarella with basil pesto, antipasti, grissini with air-dried ham, fresh salads, flatbread, and garlic baguettes.
The grill will feature juicy meat dishes such as marinated chicken breast, pork tenderloin skewers, roast beef, pork loin steaks, and a variety of other grilled specialties. The buffet is rounded out with salmon fillet in lemon-butter sauce, stuffed mushrooms, vegetable skewers, shepherd's cheese, and hearty potato side dishes.
For a sweet finish, enjoy Italian tiramisu, fresh fruit, panna cotta with fruit sauces, and a delicate lemon cream.
