Festive 3-Course Meal
You'll start with a fresh asparagus salad made with green and white asparagus, combined with strawberries, spring onions, and a delicate herb marinade; we'll serve it with baguette.
For the main course, you can choose between pan-seared sea bass with Béarnaise sauce, fresh green asparagus, and potato roulade
or
a juicy 200g rump steak from the grill, also served with Béarnaise sauce, fresh green asparagus, and potato roulade.
The dessert is a light vanilla mousse served with a fruity strawberry-rhubarb compote, enhanced with mint and chopped pistachios.
We also offer a vegetarian version of this menu.
